1. Eligibility for Returns
Non-Customized Items
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong product.
Please note: Change of mind, size, or color preference are not eligible for return.
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom and personalized orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from the description. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
2. Return Process
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address via email. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.
3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
4. Refunds & Replacements
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
5. Additional Notes
Please package items securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
International duties or taxes incurred on the returned item are the responsibility of the customer.
